Private One-on-One and Small Group Yoga for Beginners Sessions Available in Phoenix, Arizona

  • Yoga for Beginners: Sessions provide general introduction to basic yoga poses. We focus on learning to use our breath to facilitate our movements and modifications of the poses. Rather than be concerned with form, this process maximizes the functional benefits to our bodies and minds.
  • Gentle Yoga: A relaxing, restorative session designed to move your body gently and induce the relaxation response. It is a great way to soothe your body and reduce stress.
  • Chair Yoga: All work is done in a chair or with a chair for support. This session is great if you have physical limitations that make it difficult for you to work on the floor.
  • Intermediate Yoga: A more vigorous session that includes flowing sun salutations with introduction to more advanced back bends and inversions. This is designed for the student who is familiar with yoga basics and wants a more challenging physical workout.
