The Healthy Eating for Weight Loss Program: This is a 5-month program that includes healthy eating and weight loss suggestions provided in twice monthly counseling sessions. These sessions, which focus on the joy of real food, can be conducted in person—or by phone—and include:

Stress reduction tips along with Book, DVD, and CD recommendations
Individual Healthy Eating for Weight Loss Check-Ups: Single sessions designed to provide intermittent follow-up support on specific healthy eating topics for clients who have completed the 5-month Healthy Eating for Weight Loss Program.
