No matter what your age or current fitness level, private yoga is beneficial. In my realistic accessible approach, there are many choices for each yoga posture so we can adjust them to meet your needs and requirements.

My goal is to help you learn about yourself and feel better, not strive for some pretzel-like position or drown in esoteric teachings. Whether your goal is to reduce stress, improve your overall fitness, get stronger, lose weight, or become more flexible, private yoga can help.

I believe that the best way to experience yoga, especially for a beginner, is with personal customized instruction. It is really hard for someone with unique needs or specific goals to get the attention he or she needs in a class of 30+ people.
