The following represents what I try to keep stocked in my healthy pantry. I like to cook and tend to keep a lot of ingredients on hand. You can customize this to meet your individual likes and dislikes. If you hate Dijon mustard, buy the kind you do like, instead. If you hate olives, don't buy them! Your perfect healthy pantry should make your life easier by having on hand your favorite healthy foods!
