The following represents my healthy grocery shopping list for keeping my healthy pantry stocked with all the staples. I like to cook and tend to keep a lot of ingredients on hand.

You can customize this to meet your individual likes and dislikes. If you hate Dijon mustard, buy the kind you do like, instead. If you hate olives, don't buy them!
