Yoga helps me manage stress, relieve back pain, and lose weight while gaining strength, balance, flexibility, energy and vitality.

As someone who never enjoyed exercise, it's a miracle that I finally found my perfect exercise solution. And I love to encourage others to give it a try.

On a basic level yoga exercises include stretching, strengthening, balancing and focused breathing that can be as gentle or as vigorous as you want and totally customized to meet any health limitations. We start where you are and progress at a pace that feels right for you.

If you are under the misconception that you have to be thin, athletic, young, or flexible to do yoga, I'm here to shatter that myth!

A basic yoga practice is for anyone and everyone, regardless of age, health, or current fitness level -- I'm living proof!
